How $3,345 In Dividends Is Being Reinvested Back Into Growth Positions

For the month of July, I’ve been able to collect $3,345 in dividend income. This was an increase of 7.6% from the prior quarter’s amount (April). I was able to passively increase my dividend income by reinvesting portions of the dividends received, back into different high-yield funds. This growth could have been more aggressive if I chose to roll dividends back into income positions, rather than growth.

While most people are afraid of debt, I’ve learned to use it like a business owner would. As a tool. A way to scale faster and own more income-producing assets now, rather than waiting ten years to get there slowly. By focusing on dividend income and channeling that income into growth positions, I’ve been able to outperform market indexes over the last twelve months.

12 Month Performance

My Dividend Portfolio: 34.87%

US Stock Market: 17.89%

I’ve been implementing a hybrid model that allows for growth AND income generation simultaneously. The process is simple: use leverage to buy high-yield assets in a conservative manner, reallocate a portion of the distributions received to growth positions, let some of the distributions pay down the margin.

As the growth positions start to appreciate in value, it increases the equity of my investments and allows me to use even more margin going forward. However, I established some rules to keep a low risk profile.

Here are the new additions to the portfolio, which I believe have the potential for massive growth going forward. I will break the sections out by:

  • New Positions

  • Existing Positions Added To

  • Dividend Payment Breakdown By Total & Holding

  • Margin Update

New Positions Bought In July

  1. Amazon AMZN 0.00%↑ - only started a small position of $1,000. I plan to accumulate this position up to a size of at least $10,000 before the end of the year.

  2. SharkNinja SN 0.00%↑ - I believe this will be a short-term position. The business is highly profitable, well run, has healthy cash margins, and launched a plethora of new products in new industries. However, the business doesn’t have a strong competitive advantage outside of brand recognition and brand loyalty.

  3. YieldMax Universe Fund of Option Income ETFs ULTY 0.00%↑ - this is an additional income position. The fund offers investors a large 80% annual distribution rate.

Existing Positions I’ve Added To

  1. Equifax EFX 0.00%↑

  2. ASML Holdings ASML 0.00%↑

  3. PepsiCo PEP 0.00%↑

  4. Target TGT 0.00%↑

  5. Alphabet GOOG 0.00%↑

  6. Invesco NASDAQ 100 ETF QQQM 0.00%↑
